"Willie Hardie: Oracle Database 10g has been out since January 2004. The release 2 that will come out in the summer is the next major [update] of that initial release. What we've put a lot of focus into--with the initial 10g release and you'll see more of this with the subsequent release--is this whole concept of self-managing databases and automating a lot of the traditional manual processes that have to take place to implement and maintain database applications.
