Computer Business Review: Michael Dell Doubts Desktop Linux Demand

"Dell chairman Michael Dell has cast doubt on the potential of
Linux on the desktop, and also distanced himself from his own
investment company's $99.5m investment in Linux distributor Red
Hat.
"'The Linux market started on the server and it's stayed on the
server,' he told a select group of journalists in London. 'All our
desktops can run Linux if you want to, we see this as more of a
demand issue than a supply issue...'"
