"Red Hat Inc's CEO has said the company is encouraging customers
to adopt Microsoft Corp's offer of support vouchers for Novell's
Inc's rival Linux operating system in order to get the issue over

"I asked Microsoft if it wanted to respond to Szulik's comments.
In an e-mail, Jeff O'Mara, Microsoft director of corporate
communications, cited support for the Microsoft-Novell deal from
customers including Credit Suisse, AIG Technologies, Deutsche Bank
and Wal-Mart. He added:
"'Other customers have come to us because they are unhappy with
the level of service they are getting from Red Hat...'"
