Linux vs. Microsoft: Get Ready for the Patent War

"Let's say that Microsoft decides to go after certain groups in the name of their alleged patent violation: who are they diluting themselves into thinking is going to enforce this? Because so many Linux distros are based out of the US anyway, I would be interested to see how Microsoft plans to take on those overseas living in regions where US patent concerns are generally laughed at anyway. "
