"I try to be patient, because that is after all why I started Groklaw, to explain tech to legal folks and vice versa. But to me, to waste everyone's time and money going to court about caching, when all you have to do is put a noarchive tag in your HTML is ridiculous. If you don't wish to be included in Google at all, just use the robots.txt and Google won't include you. How hard is that? So I view the litigation here more like this: when you become successful, people sue you."
