"Enterprise software and hardware products must have been introduced or significantly updated (e.g. a new release version) within the 2008 calendar year. Campaigns must have launched between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2008. Nominations

"Intranet Journal readers may nominate award candidates online here.

"Finalists

"Editors will tabulate the number of votes and qualifications of eligible nominees to determine finalists. The list of finalists will be posted for about a week. Readers may vote for their choice of winner in each category."
