Objective Reality announces 3D GUI for Linux

Jun 28, 1999, 13:30 (16 Talkback[s])

Thanks to Max Harris for this announcement.

Synapse is a totally new 3D interface for Linux. Unike traditional 2D interfaces (i.e. Windows), Synapse immerses the user in a completely OpenGL-accelerated 3D world. No longer are you confined to the edges of your monitor! In Synapse, you will be able to look around with complete 360° freedom, zoom in or out, and even look at your work from the back. It does not require X to run, though X compatability should be in place at or before DR3. For more information, see http://www.oreality.com/.
