"Revenue for products is down

"Revenue for services is down

"During the three months ended July 31, 2003, Microsoft Corporation ('Microsoft') accounted for approximately 25 percent of total revenue and Sun Microsystems, Inc. ('Sun') accounted for approximately 12 percent of total revenue..."
