"The Supreme Court is looking at using open source software in its planned purchase of new computers, the high court's chief information officer Ivan Uy told INQ7.net last week.

"'We plan to go OpenOffice (a free open source Office software suite) for the new computers,' said Uy, referring to a purchase of 2,000 computers this year..."
