BNAmericas/LinuxInsider: More Than 40 Percent of Argentine Companies Use Open Source

"Argentine companies are showing more interest in adopting
open-source software, with 42 percent already using it and 4
percent testing it, local newspaper El Cronista reported, citing a
study by local consultancy Trends Consulting.
"Trends ran the study in the first half of the year among 115
companies. Of the firms that use Linux, 4.5 percent plan to migrate
all their systems to Linux in the short-term, 16 percent plan to
adopt it only for new applications and 79.5 percent plan to analyze
each application and decide case by case..."
