PR: The SCO Group to Resume Trading Under Symbol 'SCOX'

The SCO Group, Inc., the owner of the UNIX(R) operating system and a leading provider of UNIX-based solutions, today announced that it has received written confirmation from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel that it is now in full compliance with the Nasdaq filing requirement and all other requirements for continued listing. Accordingly, the company will resume trading on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market under its ticker symbol "SCOX" when the market opens on Thursday, April 21, 2005.
