Amazon.com has no regard for your personal privacy. They publish and sell information about their customers in many ways, even if you request that they keep your information private. They have no regard for email privacy, nor the many problems caused by SPAM. They SPAM people constantly, and help other spammers to do the same. So, do exactly as Mr. Stallman is pleading with you to do -- buy nothing from Amazon. Their deals may be good, and their prices may be low, but in the long run it costs us all too much. Vote with your wallet!
