GnackTrack - A gnome based security distro based on Backtrack

Apr 23, 2010, 17:33 (0 Talkback[s])

[ Thanks to Matthew Phillips for this link. ]

"About

"GnackTrack is a Live (and installable) Linux distibution designed for Penetration Testing and is based on Ubuntu. Although this sounds like BackTrack, it's most certainly not; it's very similar but based on the much loved GNOME!

"REMEMBER - GnackTrack is, and always will be, completely free! But, should you feel the need to donate some money please do so at my Chairty JustGiving page.

"For more information and specifics please read the FAQs or send me an email

"Feedback

"Thanks for all the wonderful feedback with regards to the first alpha release. I'm please at the amount of people of have downloaded it and then given the time to offer advise and support. I've taken onboard a few of the requests and will hopefully put them into the 10.04_alpha3 version. For the time being please continue to point out bugs and issues for me to resolve. Also, don't forget to spread the word!"
