now ended and the product released.

its related tools for free under a "Technology Enthusiast" license
for non-commercial use. Users who do not qualify for the Technology
Enthusiast license can buy the product - pricing starts at US$399

Under the terms of the beta test license agreement, you must
stop using the beta test software within 60 days. The compiler will
"expire" in February 2000.
