"Lutris Technologies, a leader in Open Source Java/XML application server software and associated professional services, today announced the successful completion of its Series B round of financing. Investors in the current round include the Intel 64 Fund and Trans Cosmos USA, a leading global strategic investment and business development company with experience in helping Internet companies expand into the Asian market. The investment brings the round to a total of $15 million, with the original investment in November 1999 from Chase Capital Partners and Chase H&Q, formerly Hambrecht & Quist."
