The Top 15 selections are featured in ISM's eighth edition of The Guide to CRM Automation (formerly The Guide to Sales Customer Service and Marketing Automation) on the Web at www.ismguide.com.

Applix iEnterprise was chosen from hundreds of CRM software packages, which were tested by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda, Md.-based headquarters. Each package was rated according to 124 selection criteria, including 80 business functions, 32 technical features and 12 user friendliness/support features.
