"Troll Tech and Inprise/Borland today announced a technology
licensing agreement covering Troll Tech's Qt graphical user
interface (GUI) application framework. As a result of the
agreement, Inprise/Borland can leverage Qt in its forthcoming
Delphi and C/C++ rapid application development (RAD) environment
for Linux code named Kylix. Financial terms of the deal were not
