Re-Imagining Linux Platforms to Meet the Needs of Cloud Service Providers

"Perth-based Web server tools developer HarvestRoad has formed an alliance with Red Hat Asia-Pacific to bundle software with Red Hat's Linux-based server operating systems. Under the terms of the deal, HarvestRoad will become a Red Hat Linux partner in Australia and Asia."

"A statement from the companies said Red Hat will provide high level support of HarvestRoad's Red Hat Linux installation, while HarvestRoad will offer enterprise support contracts from Red Hat as an option with all HarvestRoad applications sold on Linux."

"The statement said HarvestRoad engineers will be qualified with Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) training, and Red Hat will promote HarvestRoad within the Linux market and "may include a copy of the HarvestRoad Webpower wizard demonstration CD in all Red Hat Linux boxed products".
