"Linuxlab, Inc., Sunnyvale, CA, today announced a new strategic cooperative agreement with Red Flag Software Co., Ltd., of Beijing, China to develop and market Linux software."

"The new agreement combines the strengths of our two companies: Linuxlab's creative software solutions and Red Flag's experience in the emerging Chinese software market," said Charles Liu, Linuxlab chairman and chief technology officer. "We are now positioned to become a major Linux developer and distributor in China."

"Linuxlab's Liu and Red Flag CEO Bo Liu announced the agreement from their headquarters in California and China today. The news coincides with the enthusiasm over Linux at the Linux World Conference and Expo in San Jose this week. Linuxlab representatives will be in the main hall at the San Jose Convention Center through Thursday."
