"New Ventures encompasses WAP (Wireless Access Protocol) phone technologies and moving applications to Web-based models to allow customers to take advantage of the power of the Web, Burney explained."

"Corel's Linux operating system distribution will remain a core product area, with the company releasing a server edition by the end of this year and an enterprise edition by early next year."
