"Canadian software company Corel, which makes WordPerfect and
CorelDraw, said it is laying off 139 employees at its Dublin
office--or about 10 percent of the company's work force
worldwide--to save money."
"The company said that over the next three months it will lay
off employees involved in translating software as part of
a package to save $40 million. About 15 people will remain to
oversee manufacturing, a spokeswoman said."
