LinuxPR: Jabber Announces Instant Messaging Certification and Training

(Nasdaq: WEBB), today announced it has reached a multi-faceted instant messaging (IM) training and certification agreement with Kaivo, a leading open source solutions provider. The agreement creates the first Jabber Instant Message Training Program and Certified Developers Network."

"Under the agreement, Kaivo will develop and deliver Jabber.com training for both the operation and development of the Jabber platform. Training will include a one-day introductory course designed for IT and MIS professionals who wish to install, operate and maintain a Jabber instant messaging system and a two-day session designed for programmers who wish to develop new applications for the Jabber XML messaging platform."
