Version 0.2.5 features vastly improved thread and internet components, freely available under the terms of the GNU LGPL (Library GNU Public License). "OPP Version 0.2.5 is a C++ class library with many unique and innovative features. OPP includes base class components (Object, Integer, Double, String, etc), collection classes (both template and object-rooted varieties), IO classes, Network and Internet classes, a date parser, support for an object database, Thread classes and an experimental parser for HTML that allows a computer to interpret a document in much the same way as a human can."

"Version 0.2.5 features vastly improved thread and internet components. A framework for accessing files by URL using any of FTP, HTTP or File protocols has been added. Thread creation, scheduling, synchronization and communication primitives have been improved. Classes supporting internet address resolution, HTTP cookies and Mime types have been added."
