Mozilla.org: Mozilla 0.6 Released

Dec 07, 2000, 13:43 (2 Talkback[s])

"Mozilla 0.6 is a milestone release based on the same branch as Netscape 6. It is aimed at developers who wish to create products that extend Netscape 6 or who wish to port it."

"For details on how to use these features, see What's New in Netscape 6?, bearing in mind that Netscape 6 supports features that Mozilla does not, including Netscape Instant Messenger and access to AOL mail and Netscape WebMail, and so any information about any of these Netscape 6-specific features won't do you any good in Mozilla. Also, Netscape 6 does not include ChatZilla as Mozilla does, and so you won't find any information on it in the What's New in Netscape 6 guide."
