It has many new features, including KDE 2.0. Along with KDE 2.0, Phat Linux also has Koffice preinstalled, XFree86 3.3.6, the 2.2.15 Linux kernel, and a few more handy updates. Users are encouraged to try the beta release of v3.3 and let us know how they like it. Phat Linux is a distribution of Linux which is installed, through Windows, on a DOS partition. It is meant to save new and experimenting users the trouble and risk of repartitioning their hard drives. Phat Linux v3.3 has a new Windows based installer, which literally makes the install process possible in 1 mouse click!
