Version 0.9-7 of NVIDIA's Linux XFree86 4 drivers have been
released. Here is the Changelog:
Fixed bios-posting problems with GeForce2 Ulta's
Added support for X Render extension
Tweeked TwinView support
Fixed problem with video apps displaying on TNT2's
Fixed problem with cursor hangs in X
Fixed problem with text console not restoring on some monitors
Fixed problem with fork() and OpenGL rendering.
Fixed problem with X driver module, nvidia_drv.o, being stripped
when the RPM was rebuilt.
Fixed problem with leaking drawables with certain apps.
Added missing pci device ids for some tnt2 variants.
Note: At this time the NVIDIA download page still shows the
0.9-6 drivers. By scrolling down and clicking on the FTP link, you
