Another review of Kylix, this time by ITWorld's Joshua Drake,
who says the price is a little steep and there are a few features
that keep it short of perfection. He predicts it will become an
"extremely powerful force in Linux" over time.

off using KDevelop with C++ or BlackAdder with Python. Borland may
want to consider a subscription-based option for Kylix like Zend
offers. If you buy Zend products, you purchase them for $600
