"I know what your thinking, it looks like that other product of a similar name, and yes, on some points with that I'll agree, but take the hood off and get to the guts of it all, and you will start to see something very different. Its not 100% time to relearn, just time to learn how things can be done if planned well. After you boot from the CD, a few moments into the install, no more than a minute, your faced with a license that you agree to, standard blarb and then your into the options of install. Its simply a choice of two methods, and you MUST listen to me on this one.

IF that is what you intend on doing then select it, if you intend on running Lindows along side another OS then select advanced install and proceed to select the partition you want to install on. Dont think Lindows can name match like an M$ system can, it cant, make sure you know what drive number and partition you want it on before you proceed. Click next and then you given a summary screen, letting you know what's about to happen and the options you selected. Your given the chance to check everything, take the advice and check thoroughly, no one wants you to lose critical data, so this is your last chance. When your all done and happy, select next and Lindows starts to install..."
