libglademm 2.1.0

libglademm

libglademm wraps libglade for C++, for use with gtkmm. libglademm is part of the gnomemm project.

This is the development phase for libglademm 2.2.0, which will add API but will be API and ABI compatible with libglademm 2.0

Changes:

2.1.2:

  • get_widget_derived() now returns an existing C++ instance if one exists, like get_widget() already does. (Murray Cumming)

gnocl 0.5.12

Application

gnocl 0.5.12

Description

gnocl is a GTK+ / Gnome extension for the programming language Tcl, loosely modeled after the Tk package. It provides easy to use commands to build quickly GTK+ / Gnome compliant applications including canvas widget, GConf and drag and drop.

Enhancements

gnocl 0.5.12 is available at

http://www.dr-baum.net/gnocl/

This release features a new makefile target "install" which allows together with the new pkgIndex file to load gnocl via "package require Gnocl". Many widgets have a new command "cget" which retrieves any option that can be set by "configure". The "-value" option of radioButton and radioMenuItem has been renamed to "-onValue" and all subcommands "getValue" and "setValue" have been replaced by "cget -value" and "configure -value", respectively. For further changes like new widget options see the NEWS file.

This version has been tested with GTK+ 2.2.1, Gnome 2.2.0 and Tcl 8.4.2 under Linux. A FreeBSD port is also available.

License: BSD type (same as Tcl)
