"Firefox is a relatively new Web browser and currently the most popular browser built on the Mozilla platform. You've probably heard of it because of its phenomenal growth and its profile as an open source software success story. Perhaps it's even your Web browser of choice, as it is mine. IBM made news earlier this year by encouraging its employees to use Firefox and by standardizing Firefox support with its enterprise help desk.
