I am drafting a submission for OSIA to the DBCDE
consultation paper on open access to public sector information (we
got an extension). I'd be interested in any (first or second hand)
experiences where copyright extremism has affected open source
projects. For example, do you know of any occasions where someone
has chosen not to implement useful, non-infringing functionality
for fear of being sued?
