“Corel continues to strengthen its position as the major
Linux distributor in the Linux market. The company today announced
that it has acquired its way into Simply.com, a company which
develops and markets video conferencing software based on
CorelVideo. CorelVideo was software developed by Corel before
it transferred and sold most of it to Simply.com.”
“In a small world in which we live in, Corel is now a stronger
company and needs Simply.com’s technology in order to further
entrench Corel Linux as the preferred and largest Linux
distributor.”
