“A couple of months ago I heard that IBM was porting their
TopPage Wysiwyg package to Linux; and I have finally had time to
take it for a spin. As this is a beta product I fully expect that
the (few) problems I ran into will be resolved by the time it is
available for sale….”

“In order to evaluate how well (or how poorly) this beta
software works I am writing this review using TopPage and the Gimp
– no Windows tools were used in the creation of this
review!…”

I originally intended this review to be fairly short; but
the more I used TopPage the more I wanted to write about it. I had
to stop myself before this review turned into another manual for
TopPage
; after all, the one provided by IBM is already pretty
good :-)”
