 - fix DRM R128/AGP dependency
 - fix n_tty "canon" mode SMP race
 - ISDN fixes
 - ppp UP deadlock attack fix
 - FAT fat_cache SMP race fix
 - VM balancing tuning
 - Locked SHM segment deadlock fix
 - fork() page table copy race fix
