“SPARTA invests in the ID-PRO AG.”

“(Bonn) In addition to Trust Financial Group plc, Dublin, the
German LINUX company has convinced the listed SPARTA Beteiligungen
AG, Hamburg, to invest heavily during the second round of capital
acquistion. The company, which was created by the merger of Delta
Internet GmbH, Arnsberg, and ID-PRO GmbH, Bonn, will build a
nation-wide service-network for the professional deployment of
open-source-software in companies and authorities.”

“This new investment strengthens our position as one of the
leading providers of consulting and support services for LINUX and
Open-Source software in the German-speaking countries”, said Rainer
Lülsdorf, finance executive of the board, “We will use the
capital to continue our nation-wide expansion.” After the opening
of a branch in Frankfurt in the middle of January, the expansion
into Southern Germany is to be furthered by the establishment of a
new subsidiary in Munich in February. “In addition to establishing
our own branches, we are also interested in cooperating with other
LINUX-companies and investing in innovative open-source companies
based in important German economic centres,” Lülsdorf
describes the strategy of ID-PRO.”
