graphing and tabling tools, more than 50 configuration options to
design your report, and six predefined report types to get you
started. It runs on Linux and all flavors of Unix. It is priced by
the number of hosts on your network starting at $150 for up to 25

“Transvirtual Technologies has finally released its PocketLinux
application environment for Linux-based devices. It is designed for
resource-constrained devices such as personal digital assistants,
smart phones, and other mobile applications. Developers can now
write mobile applications using a framework that will run on any
platform running PocketLinux. The software includes the Kaffe Java
virtual machine, an XML engine, and a frame buffer graphics
library. With version 1.0, PocketLinux now supports Compaq iPaq;
the Casio Cassiopeia E-105, E-110, and E-115; the NTT DoCoMo
Sigmarion,; the IBM Workpad Z- 50; and the Vadem Clio. More
platforms will be announced in the future. The package is
