Effective immediately, NetDIVE eAuditorium Enterprise
software systems will be released under an open source model. This
means eAuditorium, an advanced software system for enabling web
based meetings & conferencing, is now delivered to customers as
both executable and source code when the Enterprise version is
purchased. Thus ensuring the most immediate and long-term value for
the business deploying it.

Under the new open source code licensing of eAuditorium,
organizations can alter and expand the code to create derivate
products for their own internal usage without any loyalty payments
to NetDIVE. However no derivate products may be created for sale or
distribution to any source outside of their company. This means
that the source code which has taken NetDIVE tens of millions of
dollars to develop, and the competing companies even more to do, is
now freely delivered to the customers of the eAuditorium
Enterprise. Some of the major features eAuditorium has over its
competitors include:

  • eAuditorium Enterprise offers the organization worldwide
conferencing of highest quality, with application sharing, VoIP,
Secure communication and much more for only a one time payment of
$399.00 per Seat. Competing solutions cost from $99 to $199 per
Seat per month. That means in 2 to 3 months they will cost the
business more than eAuditorium will cost them in perpetuity.
  • eAuditorium Enterprise, since it installs and operates on the
server machine of the enterprise deploying it gives them the
freedom and power to integrated it with their enterprise back end
and make sure that their corporate data is only available to them.
Other web conferencing solution providers cannot offer this since
they are a service only which means of course their customers don?t
have full (Telnet) access to the server.
  • eAuditorium Enterprise, now comes with the source code open for
review and modification without payment of any loyalties. Thus
providing the organization with the highest guarantee of
operational stability and ROI if they chose to modify the source
code either internally or via consultation services of
    NetDIVE.

So unless a business wants to pay literally 100 times more for
less capable technologies for Web based conferencing &
meetings, then eAuditorium Enterprise is the solution of choice by
far.
