“eSoft Inc. (Nasdaq: ESFT), the company that develops and
markets the TEAM Internet(R) Linux(TM) software suite for
businesses, today announced a distribution agreement and product
development partnership with TriGem InfoComm Corporation, a leading
Korean distributor and Internet product developer.

“As part of the agreement, TriGem will distribute eSoft’s TEAM
Internet product line throughout Korea. Additionally, TriGem and
eSoft engineers will collaborate to create customized, Linux-based
Internet applications using eSoft’s redphish(TM) software.”

Colo. eSoft provides a family of Linux-based Internet appliances
and services that enable small- to medium-sized businesses to
harness the full power of the Internet.”
