Changes: Timestamp routines are heavily rewritten. Message uses
sending time instead of receiving time as a time stamp. Each user
can have his own timezone. Many new options were added, including
timeoffset, regexmatch, showimgaslink, backupsentmsg,
filter_fakedfrom, xmailer_has_version, xoriginateip_has_userid,
enable_domainselectmenu, make_homedir, and delpop3mail_hidden.
Other changes include the new authentication modules
auth_mysql_vmail.pl and auth_pgsql.pl, a pure Perl big5/gb
conversion routine, the move_to_trash button, and many
bugfixes.
