COnfigurator for Gnome 0.3.0

Application
===========

COnfigurator for Gnome 0.3.0

Description
===========

A program for editing advanced Gnome settings in an easy way - the backend
uses gconf and XML descriptions, but all the user will see is a (somewhat)
nice GUI.

Enhancements
============

- Changed the DTD to allow for alternative short/long descriptions in the
XML settings files. This can be used when one wants to use GConf keys where
these properties have no useful value. All old XML settings files will
still parse correctly.
- Updated the Gnome UI XML settings file to use the above feature.
