Donal Fellows nominates Jamey Cribbs’ for “post of the month”:
“Here’s one of the coolest things I like so far about Tcl. Being
able to develop a compact, modern-looking GUI based client/server
app going against an SQL DBMS that will run identically on Windoze
and Linux, and being able to wrap it up in a small executable
(using the awesome Freewrap) that is easy to distribute.

And, oh yeah, the people on the newsgroups seem to be very
helpful and friendly so far. . . . [I]t is incredible. Talk about a
VB killer AND a great scripting language all rolled into one.”
