“Well it’s been a long time since I updated. Overdue actually.
And it’s been a dramatic ride. I never held anyone’s feet to the
flames, the site failed after a ton of attention and support,
though we never achieved the big name endorsements we were looking
for. The site itself will shutdown but the blog will stay. But now
for the update.

“Linspire was contacted and Kevin Carmony did reply. He stated
he would need to check with Linspire’s legal team to see where they
stand. Of course as we’ve seen them team up with the litigators
rather than the innovators, we now know where that camp stands, but
Kevin was the only major name that did reply…”
