Given our existing S/390 expertise and solutions, BMC is uniquely positioned to deliver a complete S/390 application management solution," says Calvin Guidry, vice president and general manager for S/390 Service Management."

"BMC Software has a demonstrated history of commitment to the S/390 platform. Linux for S/390 support further demonstrates BMC's commitment to S/390 and we are pleased with the solutions BMC will offer to our mutual customers," stated Chris Rohrbach, lead designer for IBM's Linux for S/390 project."
