"In a memo to their employees, the CEOs of two leading
virtualization companies recently revealed that their companies
have merged. Specifically, Serguei Beloussov, of SWsoft Inc. and
Nick Dobrovolskiy of Parallels Inc. acknowledged that SWsoft now
