Intel is one of the most active participants in the open-source community, contributing code and resources to multiple efforts. Leading Intel's open-source initiatives is Imad Sousou, vice president in the Software and Services Group at Intel and general manager of the Intel Open Source Technology Center.
In a video interview with eWEEK, Sousou discusses Intel's new Clear Linux and Clear containers projects. For starters, Sousou emphasized that Intel's Clear projects are not intended to be products or to compete with Intel's partners in the Linux and container markets.
