Beginning October 19, 1998 Wheat Computers will begin marketing
PCs and workstations based on Red Hat Linux and the K Desktop
Environment (as distrubted in the "Linux Mandrake"
meta-distribution: Red Hat 5.1 and KDE 1.0). Systems come ready to
run and properly configured to optimally support all included
hardware. A portion of the profit from each purchase will go to
support further development of KDE.
Computers may also be configured to dual-boot Linux and Windows
98, if desired. Wheat systems use Intel Pentium II or AMD K6
