Wheat Computers' Linux/KDE based PCs

Beginning October 19, 1998 Wheat Computers will begin marketing PCs and workstations based on Red Hat Linux and the K Desktop Environment (as distrubted in the "Linux Mandrake" meta-distribution: Red Hat 5.1 and KDE 1.0). Systems come ready to run and properly configured to optimally support all included hardware. A portion of the profit from each purchase will go to support further development of KDE.

Computers may also be configured to dual-boot Linux and Windows 98, if desired. Wheat systems use Intel Pentium II or AMD K6 processors.
