"Domino no longer supports Novell NetWare, but Lotus officials promise a Linux version by year's end."

"The Notes client offers native HTML4 and a browser-like interface. It includes a group scheduler with the capability to define a group and check availability on each person's calendar.

"Lotus is uncoupling the Notes client from the Domino server; the products are available separately.

"Lotus also will bundle IBM's WebSphere Application Server Standard Edition with the Domino Application Server. Lotus plans to introduce Domino Connector, which will let the application server access WebSphere transaction-processing systems."
