"Linus Torvalds says he's not concerned about fragmentation in
the Linux market, but he does have opinions about who is doing the
best job of making money from the open source operating system he
invented eight years ago."
"In an interview at Comdex/Spring in Chicago on Monday, Torvalds
said he has two favourite Linux distributions among the dozens out
there. 'I'm kind of wavering between Red Hat [Software Inc. ] and
SuSe right now,' he said. 'The Linux distributors are doing things
only slightly differently, but they're different enough that there
is some real competition.'"
