"Microsoft shares fell as much as 11 percent in early trading as the judge in the antitrust case prepares to issue his ruling later today."
"U.S. District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson is preparing to issue his ruling late today, sources close to the case said. Jackson's ruling will outline which laws were broken, based on his findings of fact in the case issued in November. The ruling will not recommend a punishment for the software maker. That ruling isn't expected for several months."
"The U.S. Government Printing Office is already offering a copy of Jackson's ruling listed for sale on its Web site. The copy of the ruling, which will cost $12, is expected to be delivered on April 14."
