"A number of IT (information & technology) celebrities, including Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates, will visit Korea this month to participate in an international Internet trade show, Internet World Korea 2000 planned for June 21-25, and other events."

"Among the lead figures due to come to Seoul are Kevin O'connor, CEO of DoubleClick; Richard Stallman, a computer engineering professor at MIT; Christopher Justice, CEO of Asiacontent.com; Arthur Chung, managing director of Network Solutions; Vince Vannelli, senior vice president of Inktomi Corp.; and Haim Mendelson, a professor of the Stanford Business School."

"Bill Gates, who is expected to fly into Seoul June 13, plans to hold a press conference to meet journalists from Asia the next day. Gates is scheduled to return to the United States on June 15."

"Richard Stallman, the leading advocate of Microsoft Windows' rival computer operation system Linux and the leader of Free Software Federation (FSF), is scheduled to visit Seoul also June 13."
